House rules
- Smoking is allowed outside the house.
- Tourist tax 1€ per person/day up to a maximum of 7 nights (minors under 16 years old are exempt) to be paid on the day of arrival.
- Final cleaning 95€.
- Electricity consumption to be paid the day of departure 0.24€/kwh (to be paid from 10€ of consumption).
- We also ask you to respect the rest of the neighbours.
- No parties or events are allowed inside the accommodation.
- We kindly ask you to have a fair consumption of water, gas or electricity.
Cancellation policy
- Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival minus bank transaction fees.
- If the cancellation is made 15 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund, minus bank transaction fees.
- If the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to arrival, the penalty will be 100%. There is no refund.
(As long as there are no justified serious reasons or justified force majeure).
- In the event that the tenants leave the accommodation before the end of the reservation, there will be no refund for the days not enjoyed.
