The lounge/dining room is the ideal place to relax after a day of exploring, and the air conditioning ensures you stay cool on the hottest days. In addition, we offer fans in the rest of the rooms for your comfort. With a parking space on site, you won't have to worry about finding space for your vehicle.
In our house, we make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We will give you a warm welcome and provide you with all the keys and information you need, including how to connect to the wifi and make use of all the amenities available.

- Pets are not allowed inside the house.
- Smoking is allowed outside the house.
- We also ask that you respect the rest of the neighbours, as the tranquillity of the area is valued.
- We kindly ask you to have a fair consumption of water, gas or electricity. Excessive consumption of water and electricity will be charged to the client.
- We ask for a general use and care of the house as it deserves.
- No parties or events are allowed inside the accommodation.
- On the day of check-in the tourist tax of 1€*adult over 16 years * night (up to a maximum of 7 nights) and the final cleaning of 120€ must be paid.
Cancellation policy Non-refundable
- Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, only bank charges will be charged.
(As long as there are no justified serious reasons or justified force majeure).
- In the event that the tenants leave the accommodation before the end of the reservation, there will be no refund for the days not used.
