There is free wifi and communal parking with one parking space in the flat.

Smoking is not allowed in outdoor areas.
It is not allowed to light candles or use a portable barbecue.
Please respect your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 22:00.
We are located in an exclusive family area and we want respect for our neighbours, for this reason we do not allow parties and events of any kind.
The maximum capacity of the house is 4 people.
Only people registered in your reservation and registered with the local police can stay overnight in the house. You may have visitors during the day but not exceeding the capacity limit.
Obligatory payments: -€60 cleaning, Tourist tax 1 EUR / per person per day (maximum 7 days) from 16 years of age.

Cancellation policy Non-refundable
- Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival minus bank transaction fees.
- If the cancellation is made 15 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund, minus bank transaction fees.
- If the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to arrival, the penalty will be 100%. There is no refund.
(As long as there are no justified serious reasons or justified force majeure).
- In the event that the tenants leave the accommodation before the end of the reservation, there will be no refund for the days not enjoyed.
