House renovated in 2016, decorated with antique pieces. A very charming village house in the centre of the village, perfect to enjoy wine tourism, the beach, gastronomy...
On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, guest toilet and kitchen-dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, fireplace, all the necessary kitchenware, television, etc.
The two upper floors consist of three double bedrooms each. One of each floor is a suite with bathroom included. Another room has a double bed. The third room on each floor has two single beds.
On the two upper floors there is a shared toilet with a separate bathroom.
The loft has been transformed into a cosy games room and lounge to enjoy music or television.
There is also a terrace with a solarium.
The house has central heating for all floors and free wifi.
Access to the whole house.
It is a large rural-style house located in the heart of the Penedès region, in the province of Tarragona, halfway between Tarragona and Barcelona.
In addition to spacious and comfortable accommodation, its location will allow you to access hundreds of interesting and varied places.
Platja llarga i ample is just a few kilometres from the coast, with towns such as Sitges, Vilanova i la Geltrú, Cunit, Calafell, Comarruga, Torredembarra, Altafulla and Tarragona.
Wine tourism is a pleasant family activity that combines wine culture, wine tasting and gastronomy. You can visit the largest wine cellars in the world less than 30 minutes away. And explore wineries and vineyards where the guides will explain how wine is born and made.
Gastronomy is the ideal complement to a few days of rest. The Calçots de Valls are famous even in Japan. Or the Gall del Penedès... There is a long list to enjoy.
10 minutes away is Vilafranca del Penedès, birthplace of what are currently the best Castellers in the world. You should not miss this festival if you come at the end of August.
There are also castles and monuments in the surrounding area. You only have to visit Tarragona to discover what the Roman cities were like.
Archaeology is also abundant in the area. Ciutadella de Calafell is one example. The remains of Òlèrdola, another. Tarragona is built on an incalculable archaeological wealth.
Of course, if you like fun with adrenaline included, you can't miss Portaventura. Hundreds of attractions suitable for all ages are waiting for you.
A car is recommended but not necessary. There is a train and bus station. If you have a car there are no parking problems. There are several parking spaces right next to the house.

- We kindly ask you to have a fair consumption of water, gas or electricity (in the case of excessive consumption will be charged separately).
- No parties or events are allowed.
Cancellation policy Non-refundable
- Free cancellation up to 15 days prior to arrival, only bank charges will be charged.
- If the cancellation is after this period and before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund, only bank charges will be charged.
- If the cancellation is less than one week before arrival, the penalty will be 100%. There is no refund.
- (As long as it is not justified serious reasons or justified force majeure).
- In the event that the tenants leave the accommodation before the end of the reservation there will be no refund for the days not enjoyed.
